This Pumpkin Pie Smoothie is *chef kiss*

It seriously tastes like you’re drinking pumpkin pie except it is naturally sweetened and oh-so good for you!!


Pumpkin can boost your immune system, help your blood pressure, and promotes good cholesterol with all its vitamins and nutrients. In addition, the seasonings used in pumpkin spice seasoning (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves) are all wonderful anti-inflammatories helping to decrease inflammation in the body (such as acne, swelling, and bloat).


Here’s how to make your favorite fall dessert in drink form.


Ingredients

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 TBSP (or 1 spoon full) Pumpkin Puree (you can add more if you love pumpkin)

  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk alternative)

  • 1 TSP of Trader Joes Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • 1 TBSP pure maple syrup

  • 1 TSP vanilla extract

  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Blend it all up and enjoy
