Savory and decadent, this goat cheese spread recipe will be your new go-to appetizer for every occasion. Quick and easy.

The first time I ever had to bring a dish to a pot-luck party, I knew I had to make this dish! My mom used to bring it to Super Bowl parties and I saw how quickly everyone devoured it.

It's perfectly savory and decadent and a cheese this dairy-free girl can eat!! 🙌🏼

Goat cheese has less lactose and casein than cow's milk. which allows many dairy-free people to eat it.

I'll also add that it's super easy to personalize to your taste buds. Don't like tabasco, don't add it. Don't want parsley? Don't need it. Most of the flavor comes from sautéing the garlic and onion.

I don't want to be one of those food bloggers that writes a novel so let's get to what you’re after—the recipe.

  3. In a bowl combine all the ingredients and add the onion and garlic

  5. Serve it up in bite sized bell peppers (it's an amazing healthier option) or on top of crackers or toasted sour dough bread.
